My Sunday Photo: Autumn Walk

autumn walk selfieSaturday saw Step-Dad make the suggestion that we go on an autumn walk. I had actually been pondering it myself too, great minds think alike! So we bundled the dogs into the car and headed to one of our favourite walks in Ernée.

We have done half the walk before, but never the whole circuit. It’s always been too muddy or we’ve had people with us who weren’t up to a longer walk. Doing the full circuit was really enjoyable, we ended up at the place I went for a walk when I did my ergotherapy.

The leaves are all starting to turn and looking gorgeous. It was a really beautiful day; warm and sunny but with a chill in the air. The perfect weather for a walk.

It’s been a while since we’ve taken the dogs on a long walk and they really enjoyed themselves. Rupert was in his element and obviously had a fantastic time. It’s so lovely to see them having fun.

I wore my new hat, it’s pink; win! It cost me 1,20; even bigger win! Noz bargain!

Much as I do prefer the warmth and sunshine of summer, I do enjoy autumn too. It’s such a beautiful season, especially when it’s not raining! Autumn sunshine is glorious and the stunning display that nature puts on is worth getting out and about for.

Naturally Mum and I had Pokemon Go going too, she hatched 2 eggs, I hatched an Electabuzz. Despite feeling grumpy when we got back to the car, I enjoyed myself.
