So…been a while huh?! Well, before I share where I’ve been I wanted to share the joy. If you’re especially interested and can’t wait for the blog post on where I’ve been then you can check out my July Update video.
The attentive amongst you may have noticed that my long-short-hair-that-was-going-to-be-grown-out-into-a-bob is now short short hair again…so that happened!
I had honestly wanted to get a short bob back, but then the World and it’s mother were getting pixie cuts, and they all looked awesome. And the growing out of the hair was annoying and boring me. And I wanted to look funky again, I wanted my hair to represent me again. And now it does.
It’s also had a fresh coat of lagoon blue which fills me with joy! I may go back to pink again soon, but I’m still loving the blue, and it goes with more! I would love proper galaxy/mermaid hair, but the upkeep….! It’s bad enough trying to keep my hair blue instead of a yellowy green!
Something else bringing me joy is my shiny new domain name! I’m now a .com babe! It has been something of a battle to move everything across, it has been hours of time, and hundreds of open tabs, and an amazing friend telling me to calm down every five minutes, but here I am, in my new digs! There may be teething troubles, so if you find any please give me a shout on Twitter.
A certain puss has been bringing me a surprising amount of joy lately too. He has been very fussy most mornings, wanting loves and purring. He’s growing out of attacking, although he still has a definite attitude problem! And the other day he decided his cat food wasn’t on the menu for breakfast, that he’d rather have some muesli and coffee!
Of course TiLi is being a super star still at agility, in fact on Saturday she was on fire! Weaving like it was second nature, jumping with no problems and see-sawing without issue.
Rupert Bear is his usual, regal self! Above all the play times that go on between cat and pup, but still an adorable bear.
And last, but most certainly not least, my friends and family are bringing me inexplicable amounts of joy. You have got me through these past few weeks, and I am forever grateful.
