I feel like I tell you that every week has been a tough week, but this week was a tough week! I was hungry, a lot. I was finding that, even when I knew I’d eaten enough, I was still hungry, that fact made it very difficult not to overeat/snack.
There has been little to no exercise this week either, only 1 dog agility training session because the other was rained off, no walks (outside of the daily dog walk each afternoon), no yoga, no nothing.
All in all, it wasn’t looking good for the weight loss goals I set last week.
But, despite the hunger and the lack of exercise, I did it! Let me tell you that again: I DID IT! I lost the 2lbs that I set as my goal last week to get me down to 16 stone! That means, in 7 weeks I have lost 8lbs, it might not be great shakes to you, but I am so proud of myself I could cry!
Not only that, I have been over a week without eating ANY chocolate. That is HUGE to me, I used to eat a bar of chocolate nearly every night, and now I just don’t fancy it, and I’m sure it’s down to Thinking Slimmer‘s chocoholic pod. Chocolate has been my crutch since I quit self-harming and smoking, and now I am dealing with life without it, and it’s not stressful or hard, it’s just happened!
I’m not seeing visual evidence of my weight loss yet, and I haven’t dropped that dress size yet, but that will come in time.
Positives of the week:
Monday – No snacks, no chocolate.
Tuesday – No snacks, no chocolate.
Wednesday – Exercise at agility, no snacks, no chocolate.
Thursday – Snacked on a peach and some nuts, no chocolate (1 week without chocolate!).
Friday – No snacks, no chocolate.
Saturday – No snacks, no chocolate.
Sunday – No snacks, no chocolate.
This week’s goals:
- More exercise
- Lose at least 1lb
